Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using OnliDent, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

OnliDent is a SaaS (Software as a Service) management platform for dental clinics. It includes modules for scheduling, clinical records, billing, inventory, documents, and a patient portal, accessible via subscription.

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may not share your account with unauthorized individuals within your organization.
  • Each clinic must have its own subscription agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

By using OnliDent you agree to:

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes related to managing your dental clinic.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Not upload malicious content, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Comply with local patient data protection laws applicable in your country.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at registration.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice to active users.
  • No refunds for partial periods, unless cancellation occurs within the first 7 days of a new subscription.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Access will continue until the end of the already-paid period. After cancellation, data will be available for export for 30 days.

7. Intellectual Property

OnliDent and all its components (software, design, brand) are the property of their creators. Using the service does not grant you any rights over the platform's intellectual property.

Data you enter (patients, documents, etc.) belongs to you. OnliDent makes no claim over it.

8. Limitation of Liability

OnliDent is provided "as is." We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability, though we strive to maintain high uptime. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, data loss unrelated to our negligence, or lost profits.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance.
